Prepared for Real Madrid Foundation
Turn global support into measurable social participation.
An exploratory concept for how Real Madrid Foundation could extend the reach of its values-based programs through Arena — connecting supporters, approved partners and measurable action without changing the Foundation’s mission.
A tailored working concept for discussion — not a commercial or partnership announcement.
01 / THE OPPORTUNITY
Built around your mission, not ours.
The opportunity starts with what the Foundation already does exceptionally well: using sport to educate in values, promote inclusion and contribute to social development.

02 / WHERE ARENA FITS
Not a replacement for Foundation programs. A participation and measurement layer around them.
The Foundation remains in control of the program, message, beneficiaries, brand and governance. Arena supplies a digital participation framework for supporters and a measurable activation layer for approved partners.

03 / ARENA IN 60 SECONDS
A live participation platform, shown through its own product and team.
Arena is a live sports-engagement platform designed to connect clubs, supporters and brands through measurable digital participation.

04 / ILLUSTRATIVE PILOT
Values in Action
An illustrative Global Supporter Challenge for Real Madrid Foundation
Start with one existing Foundation initiative, one values theme and a tightly governed pilot. The goal is not to create a new program. It is to give adult supporters a meaningful, measurable way to participate around a program the Foundation already owns.
Foundation selects the story
The Foundation chooses one existing initiative, one value theme and the approved message and content.
Respect · Teamwork · Equality · SolidaritySupporters participate
Adult supporters in selected geographies can watch an approved impact story, share official campaign content, complete a values reflection or knowledge prompt, optionally create approved content, and help reach a collective milestone.
Arena verifies participation
Arena records eligible task completion and campaign participation so performance can be based on actions rather than only passive impressions.
An approved partner can amplify the impact
A corporate partner may support or underwrite the underlying Foundation initiative through Foundation-approved mechanisms, while using the challenge as a measurable engagement activation. Funding mechanics would require Foundation approval.
Foundation owns the impact narrative
A pilot report can show adult supporter participation, eligible actions, geographic distribution and campaign performance — giving the Foundation and an approved partner a clearer account of how supporters engaged.

05 / SHARED VALUE
What each party gains — without changing the Foundation’s role.
Real Madrid Foundation
Extends approved program stories into measurable adult-supporter participation while keeping full control of the mission, brand and governance.
Approved corporate partner
Gains a more participatory social-impact activation with measurable supporter actions, subject to Foundation approval.
Adult supporters
Move from passive awareness to meaningful participation around Foundation values, content and collective milestones — without needing crypto.
Arena / Blockchain Sports
Provides the participation, campaign workflow and measurement layer behind the Foundation’s initiative.
06 / GOVERNANCE
Safeguards before scale.
The first design decision is not reach. It is control.
Minors & safeguarding
First pilot designed for adult supporters; beneficiary data stays outside Arena unless separately approved and legally designed.
Data & privacy
Collect the minimum necessary campaign data; consent and geography rules are defined before launch.
Brand & IP
Every Foundation name, mark, image and message remains subject to approval.
Funding channels
Donation, sponsorship and program-funding mechanics remain in Foundation-approved channels.
Evidence-based claims
No impact or financial claim without agreed evidence and review.
Jurisdiction & measurement
Rollout scoped by jurisdiction; metrics and success criteria agreed before the pilot starts.
07 / WHY NOW
Configure what exists. Prove fit before scale.
Arena is already operating as a sports-engagement platform and continues to onboard clubs, refine task verification and expand the product. The purpose of this proposal is not to ask the Foundation to bet on an idea — it is to explore whether the existing platform can be configured responsibly around one Foundation-owned initiative.
08 / NEXT STEP
Start with one program. One value. One measurable pilot.
If the concept is relevant, the next step is an exploratory working session to choose the right Foundation initiative, define guardrails and decide whether a limited pilot deserves deeper technical and legal review.
